I recently celebrated my 6 month anniversary of sobriety on March 1st. I was apprehensive at first about sharing my substance abuse experience. I know that my sobriety is the reason that I have found the time and clarity to begin building this website and share my thoughts. After reading these posts you may want to push me back off the wagon.

Gold Soundz (Remastered) is on. The sun is shining in my window in upstate NY. I am going for a walk after meditating. It was an amazing day spent digitizing highly detailed VHS versions of my life spent in Belgium during ‘94/’95.
You can never quarantine the past.

5 months sober. Since September 1st is 5 months. I forgot how old I was last week as well. I had to actually do the math. It was a toss up between 33/34. The former won, youth and sanity restored.
